Wholesale Terms
These terms help keep wholesale pricing sustainable while giving approved business buyers clear ordering guidelines.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing starts at 15% off retail and increases by order volume: 20% off at 48+ units, 25% off at 96+ units, and 30% off at 192+ units. Select low-margin or specialty items may use product-specific pricing.
Minimums
Opening orders require a $150 product minimum. Reorders require a $75 product minimum.
Case packs
Products are ordered in case-pack quantities by product type so bulk pricing stays sustainable. Suggested packs: 6 gift wrap, 12 cards, 6 notepads, 4 journals/mugs, 24 stickers.
Payment
Payment is collected at checkout unless separate terms are approved in writing.
Turnaround
Most wholesale orders ship within the stated production window, plus carrier transit time. Larger orders may require additional lead time.
Returns
Wholesale orders are final sale unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.
MAP & resale
Partners should preserve brand presentation and avoid marketplace resale without written approval.
