Shipping

Most items are prepared and ready to ship within one week. Estimated delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier timing.

Free shipping

Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for smaller orders are shown during checkout before payment.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos where relevant. Custom or personalised items may not be returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
