What’s The Design Craft?
The Design Craft is a graphic design and creative supply shop. We offer a variety of design products for individuals, designers, marketing and business professionals.
How long does it take to ship items?
Greeting cards, stationery and gift wrap are printed and shipped within 1-3 business days. All print items are printed on luxe giclée art printers in our studio.
Shipping takes 1-3 business days within the United States and 1-2 weeks for international orders.
We also offer custom shipping options like rush service and discounted international rates. If you have any questions about shipping do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I make a return?
You can cancel an order within a few hours of purchase by emailing us.
You can return shipped cards and gift wrap for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Generally, we do not allow returns for graphic design templates since they are digital. Occasionally, we will make exceptions though, so please email us at info@thedesigncraft.com if you would like to make a return.
