What’s The Design Craft?

The Design Craft is a graphic design and creative supply shop. We offer a variety of design products for individuals, designers, marketing and business professionals.

We also offer graphic design and print services via the shop. Choose from a variety of design project types and order them right online.

How do I receive my digital designs?

All graphic design templates are available via download. Once you make a purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to where you can download your item.

The subject line of the email will be “Your Design Craft order receipt from” plus the date of the order. In the email under the name of the product will be a download link that says the product name.

What can I use the designs for?

You can use design templates and products for a variety of purposes.

You can include them in your own design materials, for yourself or your business.

If you have a product for sale, you can use them for labeling or packaging.

Flyers, posters and social media templates can work for marketing and promotions of your business or project.

You can include them in video introductions, in apps and on album and book covers.

You can’t resell the designs as your own. If you’d like to apply them to an actual product for sale you can get an Extended License for that purpose.

What do I get with the design templates?

With each ready-made design kit you get the file types you need to edit, modify and print the designs plus any instructions and links.

What you get specifically depends on the type of item purchased. Here are some of the file types typically included: a Photoshop Layered file, Adobe Illustrator file, editable EPS, or inDesign file.

If you purchase an item that uses free fonts, we include links to where you can download the fonts. Also, we may provide written instructions or links to video instructions in the product information guide.

How do I make a return?

You can cancel a purchase immediately by emailing us within a few hours of purchase.

For shipped cards and gift wrap, you can return the items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

For graphic design templates, we generally don’t allow returns since the material is digital. We do occasionally make exceptions though so if you’d like a return just email us at help@thedesigncraft.com.
